Website Design, Three Pages Only

We need three pages designed for a business website. Basically all three page will use a similar template but will have small modifications. So the work basically is build a template, and build two other versions of it with distinct variations. The website is being built for a business dealing with exports of natural stones such as slates, limestones, sandstones etc. Further details can be made available on request. Your work is basic designing and testing your design with page content, and to subsequently improve the robustness of the design. I will be personally using the template and its variations you provide to put together the website. There are no demands from my side such as you have to use flash, or you have to use photoshop. I will not be bugging you by telling you how to design, you have "creative control" so to speak, but the design will have to be suitable for a business website that's all my requirement. The three versions of the template required are: (1) for the homepage (2) for the sections (3) for the credits, terms and about pages Please feel free to ask any questions that come up. The designer is required to be available thru chat (MSN, Yahoo, Jabber, ICQ) daily during the course of the project. The use of stylesheets and having the entire (or majority of the) design controllable thru a single stylesheet file is encouraged. Only real bids will be considered. We will ignore the cut & paste type bids.
