Design New eDirectory Website Theme

We are using the eDirectory platform to create a new online directory and review website, their standard website themes are terrible so we need a new design for the whole site. The wireframe is attached. The new design needs to be similar to yellow pages, same sort of layout and results pages and detail page....but needs to be something different, not just a copy. Please look at the [login to view URL], admin/demo to see where and how files are uploaded and inserted. More design work for the right person.
