441193 Quick OS Commerce Site build

OS Commerce is installed on my Godaddy. I need you to input products (copy from another site). Less than 100 products. Also add promo code feature, shipping table, destination based sales (data on Excel sheet) for Washington State. Add meta tags, add buttons, customize header and logo, edit default form mailer and other small changes. Finally, enable and test the merchant account we will provide to you and paypal too. This project is needed in 3 days. You may also have to transfer the site to another server upon completion. Please bid accordingly.
