Add Credit Card dropdown to checkout process, enable GUEST checkout, simplify user registration - repost

Hi all, This is simple 2 part PHP project (reposted as the previous developer is taking 2 weeks and messed things up yesterday). Our site is PHP and MySQL driven and custom built from scratch. Project brief PART 1: We want to create a GUEST ONE PAGE checkout so that clients can purchase goods quickly without the need for registering as a website user. The page needs to capture all customer details in one go (so all relevant fields need to enable data entry at once) without clicking on numerous EDIT buttons (as is the case now with Registered User checkout) PART 2: We would like to add a drop down option during checkout for Credit Cards. We need to capture all credit card details for offline processing, which we would manually process ourselves. So there is no need for API or other links. Basically a form that captures the card details with no validation required. If you can do offline card validation (to make sure the card # is correct etc) then please MENTION it in your bid. You will get preference when we choose our winner. We are not interested in a PayPal solution. PART 3: New User registration process - this needs to be severely simplified as at present there are too many pages and edits that need to be made in order to create and register a new user on our site. The project needs to be started today and finished in 24-48 hours at most. We will test the results on the weekend coming up to make sure it all works.
