Create WP Page Builder Plugin Support Bootstrap 3

I want to create a plugin for drag and drop page builder which support all theme which use bootstrap 3.0. this plugin support all bootstrap element live column, carousel slider bootstrap, buttons, tabs etc. If you use any other wordpress page builder plugin before like VISUAL COMPOSER, ELEGANT THEMES DRAG & DROP BUILDER, PAGE BUILDER BY SITEORIGIN or any other you see one thing common after go add new post or page there is a new tab for page building where user can create column and then add widget into it. so your part is not include widget creation i will do that my self or any component for builder. you need to create till create column and insert widget into it. my budget is not much lower wins the project budget 150usd thankyou
