Create a Wordpress Template

I am budgeting no more than $50 for this project. I need to create a template that matches my main Real Estate website [login to view URL] The difference is, the template will be for using on 1 Real Estate listing only. It will be for uploading to the domain names I buy that will be [login to view URL] and place on their for sale sign. I want it to be a simple WordPress site that I can upload the pictures of their house, it will show a single feature on the home page and then when selected, it takes the visitor to a page that has thumbnails of all the feature pictures that expand when selected for better viewing. In addition on that page will be the listing details that I will enter into a form. I intend to upload this to every new listing I get as a single listing website. I want the template to have my picture on it holding the for sale sign and my contact info at the top. I want a contact me plugin Social media plugin connecting to my Facebook Real Estate page and my LinkedIn profile the first website I tried to modify myself but got frustrated and needs to be the where we build this WordPress template system. It has a listings form built into it but it is not meant to be a single listing system so it doesn't look right without modification.
