Hello guys. We have a PSD and the previous programmer converted it to Joomla 3 Template. BUT it has some bugs and needs some css fixes. We have hired more than 4 developers on odesk but they wasted our times and our money! This will not happen again! NO millestone will be created until we see that the bugs are solved! WE CANNOT be again in the position to try to get our money back! ENOUGH with all the Indias and Pakistans who are NOT professional! We will communicate throught here or sk and we will give you full cpanel details to work online and see the work so that we can make changes. ALSO the winner will be given more projects and we will discuss for permanent cooperation as we are already looking for a good programmer! Only say OK if you agreee to get paid AFTER the job is done. No millestones. Thanks

Hello mam, Very sorry to hear that you have bad experience with old indian or pakisthan devloper ..but that doesn't mean all indian devloper have same knoweldge..we are ready to work with you on your payment conditon just one constarints first we finish whole work on my server only....when u think fine release the payment ...what u think?? thanks
