Get Magento Custom Extension approved in Magento Connect

I have a magento custom extension. Currently it is installable from admin panel and some manual changes to theme files. I want to get this extension into magento connect platform. This involves 1. creating install/uninstall plans for extension 2. May be some coding changes to accomplish magneto design principles 3. Extension submission, writing description and screenshots 4. If the extension is refused for any reasons, correcting and resubmitting I will call project completed when extension is approved and live in magento connect. Please bid only if you have experience in getting magento extensions approved. I want to see your experience on that. Please don't tell me about any website/templates you designed. I just want to hear your extension and submission experiences only. 25% milestone created and released at startup. 25% milestone created and released when extension submitted to magento connect 50% milestone created and released when extension approved.
