WHMCS Module

About Environment : We are running WHMCS 5.3.8 (Latest Stable Built ) , and having MaxMind Fraud Protection Enabled, the settings which I am using for maxmind are shown in the attached screenshot ( [login to view URL] ). We have different payment gateway enabled in our billing website such as PayPal, Credit Card / Debit Card, Payza, Perfect Money, Webmoney & Bitcoin. Function of MaxMind ( [login to view URL] ) : Whenever any client places any order MaxMind checks the order for possible fraud and give a rating called "Risk Score" between 0% to 100% (see screenshot) If the risk score is more than certain % (defined by user) the order is blocked and the client is not allowed to place the order. What we want : We want a WHMCS Module through which we can have something like this : If payment method is PayPal and Risk Score is 40% or higher then Block the Order. If payment method is Credit Card / Debit Card and Risk Score is 20% or higher then Block the Order. If payment method is Payza and Risk Score is 50% or higher then Block the Order. and so on. Note : The % will be defined by the admin. Payment : We are ready to pay upto $100 to $150
