Adobe Programming Expert Needed

I need the help of a programmer who has extensive experience in programming Adobe. In particular JS action functions. Here is a link to download a PDF document: [login to view URL] Open the PDF in Adobe Reader. When you open the doc. you will see a javascript popup window appear. PROBLEM: The JS popup box action in the PDf works when a PDf is opened in Adobe. If a PDF with that js action embedded is open in any other PDF reader ( example Foxit - [login to view URL] ) then the js action does NOT function. (ie the js action only functions when the pDF is opened in Adobe Reader I need that js action to work when a PDF is opened in any PDF reader. I can provide the source code for my software that generates the js action popups in PDF’s so that you work on the code to rectify the problem. Again, only those programmers that are highly experienced in Adobe programming should bid. I am not interested in programmers who want to ‘experiment’ on this to develop their skills. If you don’t understand the issues, and you don’t have a solution ‘DON”T bid.
