Open GTS customization- phase 2

I need very specific help on a OpenGTS enterprise version that I have. Looking for help from who already have deep experience in OpenGTS/GTS enterprise. If you have not worked on OPEn GTS by geo telematics please do not approach. Requirement 1: Total Km travelled calculated by performance report as follows: Take all lat/long stored related to performance report i.e. start lat/long and end lat/long and get actual distance travelled using google maps. On demand reverse geocoding: Instead of DCS reverse geocoding based on user setup ( full/ partial) for each event.
