E Commerce Website

Ok I have project on E commerce which is already developed by some developer and somehow she is not available full time now. I am looking for a developer to resolve the certain issues which client has. They are though small one but are extremely important and needed to be sorted out asap. The site is developed on php and mysql with the use of AJAX and I need a good guy to complete it as it is going to be launched at big scale very soon. Please guys lets me know the rates and you have to sign a NDA. Please ask if you have any specific queries. There are certain flaws which are to be resolved. These changes may not take much time but are persistent and may be required for a long time (month or so). Initially I am looking for developing everything, my budget is max to max 80$ but do remember this is initial and maintenance will also be required (which I will pay further), plus I am in talks with one more client and he also requires e-commerce thing, I guess we can replicate same sort of code when it becomes 100%. You will have the initial developer that will help you for understanding the concepts and all, also a tester is working on it who will let you know of the bugs. There is not much time to study so basically you have to start straightaway, also I want a person who can work on this full time, if you resolve everything in 10 days no need to carry on for a month and I will start paying you for the maintenance. I need to close this so that I can start receiving the payments for maintenance amount. Please let me know your thoughts.
