Looking to convert an existing web site which is currently using flat PHP files. The templates needed are the following: Homepage [login to view URL] Article page (example link) [login to view URL] Basic content page (for contact us, privacy policy, etc) [login to view URL] Need to be able to manage all content via an admin area. This includes Ad Banner management, and management of the content blocks that appear on each page (newsletter sign up, social media block, ad banners). Also need a feature area for the homepage, see existing flat page to see how this is setup. Any questions, please contact me
