I have an HTML page that needs to be converted to PDF. I've tried a variety of libraries and have had marginal success. My latest attempt was to use phantomJS to output a PDF. But size continues to be an issue. the final size of the file needs to be 5.5inches by 2.5inches. The PDF PPI needs to be 300 to maintain print quality. I'm looking for someone very experienced in converting HTML to high quality print PDF of exact proportions. If needs be we can change the dimensions of the HTML I provide, but the final PDF absolutely must be the right size and PPI. You will also need to be able to do this very quickly as its high priority. English speakers only. Provide samples of past work.

Hello I've done projects that involved turning html pages to pdf with great success. If you can use PMB to send me a sample html and i will do the conversion on my server so you can test it live, and it's ok, i can get the project and you get the code after you release the escrow. Chris
