Convert mockup to XHTML compatible with Wordpress

Looking for someone to take an image file and convert it to xhtml. The content will be used on a word press page so it will need to be compatible with that. I can supply the mock up in an Adobe Illustrator file if this helps or I can provide the outline images so you can slice & dice. In to tal there will be four pages. We will be looking for one page to be returned with each pag in its own DIV container. All content plus detailed instructions will be provided to the winning bidder via Video. The Final version will need to be loaded into Wordpress to show it works on the site.
