Existing php/mySQL code to Xoops Module

I have some pre-existing PHP and mySQL code that I would like you to convert into a Xoops (V2) Module. Xoops is a content management system (CMS) like PHP-Nuke, Mambo, etc. It runs primarily on the Smarty Template system. The bid requires two steps: (1) get the code working on your local system, (2) convert the code into a Xoops V2 module, (3) I'll test the module on my UNIX server. For (1) I use Linux so "Directory" is different from "directory". Also I need you to use PHP4 and mySQL4 as this is what my hosting provider uses. With nearly 200 bids to my name on RAC, I am one of the top buyers on the system. I have numerous jobs going at any one time across multiple platforms.
