Graphic Designer and Coder for Wordpress Theme Development

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Wordpress Coder to develop Wordpress sites from certain example sites. When responding, please let me know if you are a Designer, a Coder, or both. Requirements for Graphic Designer Very talented Graphic Designer for ongoing work who: ~ Uses Photoshop or Firework to create amazing visual samples of a website design Themes and each page. ~ Organizes all graphic elements within the PSD file so they are properly named. ~ Provides the PSD source files to pass on to the Coder ~ If needed, will also "slice" the images into pieces for the coder to build the site. Example sites will be provided and you will be asked to combine features and elements of those sites into one master theme while still making it a unique theme. You will need to be creative in order to come up with your own unique design, based on the example sites. *** It is very important that you provide samples of your work when responding. Technical Requirements: Someone with good skills using either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Fireworks with previous experience specifically dealing with designing website themes that are eye-catching, clean and easily navigated. You need to be familiar with Design Standards and you will be designing clean, web 3.2 style Wordpress Themes along the lines and quality of samples provided. Requirements for Web Developer/Coder: We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to take a web design picture and code it into an actual theme with a front end and a powerful backend system which will control the options of the theme and make it fully customisable and cross-platform compatible. A user document on how to use these features with lots of screenshots and arrows would also be very helpful. You will also need to be on hand to answer any questions, or fix any bugs. Upgrades and improvements will also be needed down the track, so this, together with new themes being added will add up to a long-term working relationship for the right person. Technical Requirements Good skills in CSS3, HTML, PHP, Wordpress and Plugin coding, Javascript and JQuery and know how to make Web Standard Code that will validate [login to view URL] and can build tableless themes or tableless templates or designs using divs as opposed to table tags. You will be designing very clean, web 3.0 style Wordpress Themes. +++Please note that I will retain full ownership and right to all work created by both the Graphic Designer and the Coder and it may not be used again.
