HighchartsJS charts from csv's

There are a total of 12 graphs that need to be created using highchartsJS [login to view URL] The first set of the 8 graphs will display traffic usage over a network and need to be created from csv's pulled from a http page once every 15 minutes (view [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). The charts will then be displayed on a page [login to view URL] The chart design should be replicated from an existing page (view [login to view URL]). I will give you a username and login to the site where the csv's need to be pulled - you will need to create a cron job for this. The charts are: usage last month usage usage last year usage monthly totals usage total month to date usage rates last day - detail usage rates last week usage rates last month usage rates last year The second set of 4 graphs will be customer traffic usage and will be created from csv's pulled from an ftp every 15 minutes. The data is then displayed on graphs on a page [login to view URL] The username is in the csv's. When a new user is added in the csv a new page must be automatically generated [login to view URL] (view the sample csv called [login to view URL]). Eventually you will need to create a cron job to pull the csv's from an ftp. Please create your own ftp and test it on your own server, I will give you csv's to try.
