2 Magento Problems

1. MAGENTO - We need to limit 2 attributes showing weights to only show decimal places if entered (at the moment weight is showing 3 decimal places regardless - e.g. if we enter 25 it will display 25.000 frontend) - we also need to add KG after both weight attributes. 2. MAGENTO - On a separate magento installation we are having trouble installing extensions - every time we install an extension we have to get a freelancer to make it display correctly in the backend - we need to get it working so that when we install an extension, it displays correctly with the usual logout/ log back in again, like it does on my other website.
