Professional Drupal Themer to design a Drupal Site Theme

I am seeking a PRO and EXPERIENCED Druapl theme designer to design a site theme for a Drupal site. Person must be experienced with designing PHPTemplate formatted Drupal themes. Also has to be very a pro in designing cool sites along with CSS selectors, jQuery etc. Designer should start with suggesting a few site templates sketches, as well as logo sketches, then after this is agreed upon, go through the design of a finalized version of the Logo of the site then Create a complete site template along with CSS, jQuery etc in PHPTemplate format. In addition I will have 3-4 internal pages/forms which I would need extra design for. Site is video based so an embedded player would be placed on most pages. Experience with ThemeRoller is needed to properly theme this player. Designing using 960 Grid is a Plus. I will also need a modified version of the site for a Facebook application version (duplicates the site, shows minimized version of it). I am not setting any limit to this work.
