Simple Facebook App Needed

Hi, I am looking for a FB APP Dev to provide an app to perform the following: The initiator will choose 20 friends The app will randomly choose 10 of those friends Initiator will choose 1 group of 5 questions The app will send the 10 chosen friends 5 questions The 10 friends will have a determined amount of time to complete and send the questions A countdown timer will remind the 10 friends of their time remaining to reply to the questions At the end of the time, all questions responses will be collated The collated answers will be sent to the initiator This is the basic outline of the app. I would like all responses to include the following: 1. approximate turnaround time line of project Whomever takes this project must be okay with signing a non disclosure/non compete agreement.
