Joomla 2.5.x template + WHMCS integrated for hosting company

Hello Freelancers, I'm looking for an experienced Joomla 2.5.x Template Designer, who is able to create a Joomla 2.5.x template with compete subscription billing and WHMCS integrated for a hosting company. The bidder _must_ have done a Joomla and WHMCS integration before. You must provide at least two examples of a website with WHMCS fully integrated, which has been done by you. Overall at most 3 example Joomla designs are required, at least one of them with full WHMCS. A more detailed description will follow, as soon as I've picked a designer. basically what I want is a site where: 1. a potential client can review three hosting plans; 2. select the plan that serves their needs; 3. register and subscribe to that plan on a monthly or yearly basis; 4. ask if they need to register or transfer a domain name; 5. prepare the transfer and/or conduct the domain name registration process; 6. charge for the domain name transfer and/or registration using the client's credit card; 7. confirm the domain name transfer and/or registration as well as the credit card charges; 8. have the system confirm their registration and subscription plan; 9. process their credit card for the appropriate plan's charges; 10. confirm the credit card charge; 11. automatically create their hosting account according to the plan the client selected; 12. confirm the creation of the account, and its data (i.e. domain name, user name, password, hosting plan specifications, FAQ link, help link, next billing date and billing amount, etc.); The system I have now does 1 through 10 above and could be integrated into the new system. The design must utilize the [login to view URL] Joomla Framework (it's free of cost), have highly commented code, be fully W3C compliant, and of course look clean and professional. I don't like hosting websites with too many colors and everything looking like advertising. Bids that do NOT address the above or just have a PMB of non-relevant projects will be deleted.
