Custom OSCommerce Web Addons

I have a retail clothing site on OSCommerce CRE Loaded. I need a list of projects to be completed over the next couple weeks to include: adding inventory for sizing, custom pop-up for detailed images, custom reports, custom left menu to include images, and possibly more customizations as we move forward. I will be migrating to a standalone server and would like to have someone that is available for on-call emergencies and ongoing support and trouble shooting. I would like this initial quote to be for adding the feature for inventory of product sizes. Currently a shirt has 3 sizes and an inventory of 10, but the system does not know how many of each size. We must currently manually remove sizes when they are no longer available. Also I would like an hourly rate for future projects. Thanks.
