Drupal user registerations and general forms

I need an expert drupal developer: I have setup a site that works well, but need some new features. I am looking for a drupal developer to start a new drupal 5.5 site and bring some of the features over from the old site to the new site. I also would like 2 further modifications (they are currently operating on the old site, but would like them redeveloped.) 1. I need 3 user types or roles created on the site. One of the roles will manage another role sometimes. 2. I need a 3 part trip registration form. This form will look similar to [login to view URL] form. Must show me past drupal websites and past drupal modules that you have created or you will not get a reply from me. You must show me productions sites that have search capabilities of products and services and you should be able to explain how they are done. Please --PLEASE I need to speak with the drupal expert and not the project manager. Both may contact me at the same time. I am comfortable paying the right person their asked amount. I will also have future drupal projects for other sites and other modules. I have attached docs with further details on look and feel of the site. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
