First: You need to know very well how [login to view URL] /[login to view URL] behave regarding spam filtering policy. The emails from my website are still falling into the Junk folder for no reason. Content is standard (user registration activation email). I set up all the recommended features: - reverse DNS is matching DNS - I added SPF - I added DKIM - I added specific header for outlook (taken from a stackoverflow thread) All those test are marked passed by [login to view URL] (see below). Still, the email is not going into normal inbox of my users. attached the message header (visible when you click on "view message source") it says: Authentication-Results: [login to view URL]; spf=pass (sender IP is [login to view URL]) smtp.mailfrom=xxxx at mywebsite; dkim=pass (testing mode) header.d=[login to view URL]; x-hmca=pass header.id=xxxx at mywebsite any idea?

Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 3 years and Asterisk based VoIP solutions for about 2 years now. We also maintain our clients' servers (mostly linux) with these technologies, on their behalf, besides fiddling with our own Linux test bed VPS's and VMs for R&D and testng purposes. Currently exploring International clients through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. You will need to provide domain name, domain's/hosting control panel (or wherever DNS records are) for us to check the details. It will take 2 days to test.
