Repair Webglimpse installation - not working after migration

Existing website has been migrated to a virtual machine site, and Webglimpse software is not functioning correctly on the new site. Old site still exists and is accessible both through a browser and with root access. New site also accessible through browser and root access. Still have the old tar file used to setup on the old site, as well as some notes as to installation of the software on the old site back in 2008. Old site uses Plesk panel and new site uses cPanel. Require successful bidlder to correct problems with software on new site, and to set up cron jobs to provide daily updates to Webglimpse index. Also, to add crontab ability to cPanel on new site.
