2011-12-20 magento maintenance work (9 issues)

Hi all, I have Magento shop and maintenance work is needed. There are 9 issues, most of them are easy to fix. The most important issue we have is: Back office employee wants to be able to select some orders and update the status to a new status. Also the client must be informed. I will tell what employee must do to process orders: He first selects all orders with status "Zahlung Volstandig" (=Payment complete) Then in pull down menu he selects create CSV file, and executes it. CSV is created. He sends the created CSV to our shipment partner, and we print our labels. Now, with same selection of orders, he selects "Rechnungen drucken" (=print invoices) PDF with all invoices is created and he prints PDF file. So far everything works fine. But now back office employee needs to put the order into status "Versand vorbereiten" (=prepare shipment) Also the client needs to be informed that the order is being processed. Back office employee selects 1 order. Order details shown now, in the order history in pull down menu he sets the new order status and he selects the box "inform client" and presses submit comment. Now the order is in the good state and the client is informed. Now he must press back to return to the main menu and handle the next order in the same way. When processing 2 or 3 orders this is no problem, but we sometimes have more than 60 orders per day... So this is a time consuming and boring job..... This must be automated. So in the action pulldown menu an extra command must be added. Call it “Prepare Shipment” When back office employee selects the orders, he goes het action pull down and selects “Prepare shipment” the orders go into the correct state and client will be informed via order history page.
