Solve Magento store problem: products not showing up 2

Sorry, this is a repost. I accidently put the wrong parameters on the first one. The original will be removed once I figure out how to do that. I just imported 737 products into my magento store. They do show up under Catalog > Manage Categories > Category Name > Category Products They do not show up under Catalog > Manage Products They do not show up in the Front End (but this might be because I forgot to include inventory quantities in the import) The job is to get the products to show up in Catalog > Manage Products and on the front page once they have inventory on them.
