We are moving our ecommerce platform from Miva to Americommerce and need an integration between Americommerce and Xero. The integration would need to transfer sales into draft sales in Xero. I am imagining Americommerce data to transfer into Xero: order number Billing Name Billing Address Billing Suburb Billing State Billing Postcode Shipping Name Shipping Address Shipping Suburb Shipping State Shipping Postcode Product (s) Shipping Website goes live shortly See attached screen shot of Xero invoice - for data population - the imported data would need to be saved as a draft invoice for approval. Data streaming can be made hourly or manually

The best way for managing the integration between AmeriCommerce and Xero is by using Zapier. The Zapier will handle the webhook of AmeriCommerce and then we could link the webhook url to our script which will manage the Xero API for creating the invoice. As you can see on my project list, I am finalizing the VBA script for Xero API. So, your project can use XeroAPI PHP Wrapper in order it can work with your AmeriCommerce as well. Let me know if this method acceptable by you.

Understand what is required. I'm available for an immediate start, while providing daily updates on the progress of the development work. I've previously done Xero API integrations, so I know what is fully required. 1st step will be to get the systems talking to each other, then connecting your ecommerce platform to Xero.
