Form with Admin, Validation, Database storage & Catalog Output

Hello all, I need a form setup that will allow my users to send me information and upload files from. The script will need to be database driven so it stores all submssions and uploads. This should be accessable from a password protected, administration panel. Admin panel will need to be able to search, sort, print and export data fields into excel. Form will need to have the following criteria: - security image window (where submitters have to type a security word) (will provide all the form fields to successful bidder) - "text" template based email auto responder for submitting. (will need to be able to add in {first_name} {last_name} {item_name}into the email to make it more personal. - Thank you for submission page, redirects back to home page after 5 seconds. - Each submission will need to be given a unique numerical Order Number per submission. This will also need to be a searchable field from the admin listing. - I need the option to approve a submission and then still have the ability to delete, or edit it after its been approved. - In the Admin section I need a drop down to be able to make the item approval required (auto set after its submitted), on hold, item sold (If I change it to sold, I need an option to tick off to send notification to submitter), 24 reserve, return, seller picking up, send to auction, at auction, send to donate, donated, send to dump, dumped these will keep the item the database, but remove it from public listing until I place it back to "active" then it returns it back to the listing. All submissions are in "active" state once approved. - Also need an email template and a auto email sent to submitter once item has been approved. - Once approved, I need it to auto populate spefic information from the item into a public accessable web page, in a listing format that vistors can come and see the items posted. (similar to how a [login to view URL] ads are listed and how each page looks with the photos having thumbnails. Basically, the same layout as they use for displaying ads.) - Auto price adjustments, I need the scrpit to update pricing for me automatically after specific periods of time. After 7 days after approval, the item ask price will need to be reduced by 15%, after another 7 Days, by 10%, after the next 7 Day's by 10%, after the next 7 Days by 10%, after 28 days, a last adjustment is made for 10%. At the 28 Day point, I need a template based email sent to the submitter letting them know that the item is now at 28 Days. and they either need to come get item or it will be destroyed after 31 days. If item is still marked active after 31 days, I need a page in the admin section that will list them so I can review and remove them or change the status. - The form will need to have a customizable header, footer so I can match the look and feel of site. I also need a contact me form zipped up and will have a few other projects similar to this in the next week or so. I used to have a membership with scriplance but its been a while.
