Seeking to have a PHP script created that will allow the user to send an e-mail to a list of recipients with a message and a link to a file or list of files (ms word, .pdf, rtf, excel, other common document files) on a single landing page. The system must log (recipient, date, time, IP address, document) when the recipient downloads each file. Database will be MySQL (hosted by Dreamhost). System will operate sort of like an e-vite to view documents. see attached file for full description. Original PHP Code. No third party libraries. 4 weeks for delivery.
