Simple online relational database construction

We require an online database to be built based on 4 data imports (XLS or CSV files), one on a daily basis and 3 on a monthly basis, detailing shares listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The ASX stock code is the unique identifier and the relational link between the 4 imports. The database will then need to display information referenced from all 4 imports both on an individual stock basis and in a bulk report using filters. The reporting will need to be able to run across time periods, so retention of historical data is also required. The attached Excel spreadsheet details the required reporting as well as samples of the 4 imports. We will need to be able to create separate logins, and this database will be attached to a website that was developed with Wix so it needs to be compatible. Alternatively if this is too hard we can bolt on to another URL, but we would prefer it to reside in the Wix designed website.
