I use Wordpress and WooCommerce. I need to add a strip of "Recent Products" to my home page. The theme I am using already includes such a widget, but it is not in the right place, it is too large and I can not control what is included. So: 1) The "strip" of new products will be included in a particular spot on my homepage. The responsive theme is not to be changed. There is already custom content on the home page. 2) The plugin would grab the most recent products, but also I would be able to add products or rearrange product in the strip. (A supplier may pay to keep a product in that "recent" spot on the home page.) 3) It is likely that the product thumbnails would have to be further reduced by the plugin for use in the "strip". Current auto-thumbnails are too large for this purpose. The thumbnails must be clickable to go to the product page. 4) It should be user scrollable that would be a bonus, but it is not necessary. 5) It all has to be responsive. The site and home page are currently responsive. This cannot break that.

woocommerce has its own shortcodes for displaying latest products. To make it fit, you need to adjust the wifdth and height of thumbnails from woo settings. To keep a product alway in the loop, you need to ads some setting to the respective product Hope this help!
