Jobsite Coder

I am looking to find a coder with extensive experience of working on jobsites / recruitment websites. We are quite a big UK company looking to expand our operations. Technical knowledge must be demonstratable (either using .NET, php, or aspx) and must have good knowledge of database run sites. Project management knowledge and experience are also essential - I will pay good money to establish a long term relationship with the right person. If you match this bill please respond with details of your technical knowledge, details on what jobsites you have worked on and in what capacity and a rough idea on your rates.
