NEED DEVELOPER FOR MY SIMLPE WEBSITE

I need a developer who can develop and design my website. DETAILS.. 1) MENU home, about, portfolio, blog, forum, contact, advertise, event 2) in home page there will be sign up an log in page for users and a separate log in page for admin. 3) about page will be ready for adding text , image (u can left it blank) 4)portfolio page will be blank i will upload portfolio manually. 5)blog page will be like a blog without log in but users must be able to post comment. 6) forum must be like a forum with forum features. 7) contact page will be form based. (name, mobile, email, message submit) 8) advertise page will be blank 9) event will be also blank 10) with the admin log in i must be able to log in and post blog event,delete users, and change the header section . Only good developers bid. do not bid if you are fresher. payment will be done after running the site. i will choose the won bidder for my other develop works too.. so good luck... joomla,drupal based users are also allowed to bid for this proj. if they can fullfill my req.. plz. pm for more any assistance.
