New website concept - professional designers required

Hello, My partner and I are seeking website creators to bring our project to life. Project description: - You will need to create 6 equal boxes on the main page, to where users can save their favourite pages by clicking the boxes and entering the URL. - Users will have an arrow in the lower right hand corner to scroll through up to 5 pages of these 6 boxes. - Users will be able to login so that their favourite pages are saved. - Enable live feed, for example, if they have Facebook enabled in one of the boxes, and they are logged in, their wall will update normally with Facebook whilst they are on our website. - Have a login system that saves users' details including the websites they have added to our portal, so they will not need to keep adding them every time. This will be a 'portal' for users to access their favourite pages without having to open many tabs, and will have a live feed of each and every website they have added.
