73513 Domain registration site

Ok, I posted and dropped a similar project to this a couple of weeks back because of changes in clients criteria. I apologise to anyone who replied in that post which with the benefit of hindsight was a bit premature. ( Basically I hate wasting peoples time so sorry) I need a domain registration site developed capable of handling multiple domain types through multiple registrars. I deally I would like it setup to do TLD's through Enom and Directi ( switchable) API's, the other main one is UK registration through Nominet others can be by email template. The main criteria is pure domain registration no hosting service is needed (optional is fine) Bulk registrations Client ability to set nameservers and change contact details via the API at the root registry( if available) Transfer domains ( Bulk) system should query the registry and update when completed. User login so they dont need to re-enter details on the names required. Registrations must be in real time ( no cron'd queue) unless client is in debit then queue should be held until account is in credit, ability for me to override this is needed Ability for client to log in and see what they have and all relevent information System should be secure. Ability to set pricing on a per customer basis Ability to add VAT on a per customer/item/location basis I already have licences for Drams, Modernbill and others MB would probably work if I could get multiple Multiple reg/transfer to action so if there is any MB guru's out there then talk to me if you think you can do the mods needed. If not then I need this developed as a one off project Design ( if needed) should be quick, clean and not overloaded with graphical elements. If being developed as a stand alone package then colours and design should follow existing look UK registrations and modifications need to be formatted correctly and pgp signed or if using an MB template piped to a script pgp signed and sent. This is of particular importance if using MB as it does not support it directly Must be tied into Paypal and Worldpay You:- Must be competent and understand domain registrations issues on a worldwide scale Must be able to show similar work done in the past Have a clear and professional work ethic Should clearly state relevent information in replies to this post i.e NO I can do it posts Clear indication of estimated time to delivery You must be available to patch and update as necessary for future changes Code will remain our copyright If you can bring any additional ideas or features to the project then we are ready to listen Us:- Long established company (UK), good payers, however we do not tolerate companies or kiddies over stating their ability nor will we pay until project is signed off. We feel we have stated enough information to grasp what is needed but it is not considered an exhaustive list of the features required, if you truely understand the domain market then you will already know what we expect.
