Envato API - repost

We are looking for an experienced coder to build a website from the Envato API (not web scraping!) Not looking for any design but a simple working (basic HTML) website showing the functionality. You must obtain information from the API and place it into a database. The site must then display the data from the database. It should then have a cron job to add new products (such as daily) and update sales figures and price (every few days perhaps). Ideally PHP with cURL and MySQL. Provide a search feature and basic widgets (i.e. latest items etc.), download thumbnails locally, add tags, comments and user table. This is only for one of the Envato websites.
