151816 File split and manipulation

I got a main word list in txt or csv formatted with one or more words or phrases per line. If there are more than one word or phrase they will be separated with comma. 1.I need to create new files containing a random number of lines from the main file, between 2 given numbers. ie. software will ask for max and min lines and if the input is 500 and 1050, the software will create files containing between 500 and 1050 lines per file randomly taken from the main file. 2. I will input how many files should be created. ie. INPUT FILE QTY: 60 The software will create 60 files with lines from the main file according to the given criteria. 3. Words or phrases should be added to the created files on a given place in the comma separated line. ie. Words to add (input box) sample1 sample2 sample3 etc Add words to beginning (checkbox) Add words to end (check box) Add words to beginning and end (checkbox) (either/or) CVS place (field to add a number to indicate which of the comma separated words should have the word added.) the word will be added the the word before the first comma if the input is one. If the input is 2 the word will be added to the word before the 2nd comma etc. A blank line (or you can make it a symbol) in the text box with words to add, indicates that the current txt file should not have added any words. To summerize: The above will take 1 random word or phrase from the input box and add it to the desired place on each line in a new csv file created from the main file. The word will be added according to the check box choices. After that a new file will be created and a new random word will be picked and inserted according to the check boxes. This will continue until the specified amount of files is reached. I'm not sure how clear I made this description, but don't hesitate to pm me if you got any questions. I prefer a desktop application, but a php version will definitely be considered as well.
