Get paid to take an online test (approx 1 hour) involving basic algorithms and Java programming - (repost)

This involves taking an online test containing basic algorithms problems which have to be coded in Java. Your solution will be judged both for accuracy and efficiency on large test cases. If you perform well in this test, we would potentially be interested in working with you on several subsequent projects, which in turn could lead to us making you a job offer to work with us in the Silicon Valley (We take care of immigration by way of H1B visas).
