59424 News HTML/PHP page

I run a local community news website where I e-mail my subscribers news, announcements, classifieds etc. I am also posting the same info I e-mail out into a phpBB2 forum for non-subscribers or if subscribers want to go back to look at "archives". That's double work for me. I need one web page that looks like my current website that will display the same e-mails I sent out. All e-mails are sent out using phpList, so it's stored in a MySQL table with subject, message and sent date. Desired output: 1. At the very top, my website header 2. A date range, default being now to the last two weeks, but allow users to enter month, day, year to search between two dates 3. body to include cells or tables with a) subject in bold. b) the messaage. Message is already in html or plain text, all you need to do is insert it and make it display right 4. my website footer if the user enters 11-15-2004 and 12-15-2004, then I need the page to display all messages i sent out on 11/15/2004 to 12/15/2004. I will give the winning bidder a template of my website, and the table that has the data I need displayed. PHP prefered, but if there is another format you want to use and I can customize header and footers on my own at a later date, that's fine.
