CSS Changes to Template of HTML, CSS and PHP site

Urgent project, want this completed asap, so as soon as any provider who I think meets the criteria puts a bid in and can complete in the next 2 hours then I will award the project. 4 changes to landing page include: 1. Changing background colour of the site 2. Extending background colour of data capture form to fit in bigger logo 3. Inserting new tab box for quicklinks to info pages 4. Insert new logo Read the attached document. Only those with a PM to me about the project will be considered.
