Automatic Content Generating Page Parking System

I need a program built that can be used on many different domains that will pull in content from wikipedia as a Description and News from the internet all based on one keyword that I can select. It will basically be a parking page that pulls in a description of the keyword I enter and News related to that keyword. There needs to be room for lots of Google Adsense ads. It needs to be able to be used on many different website with the same affect and have an administration section that lets me set the keyword. It needs to be built in a language that is search engine friendly (or the content needs to appear in a search engine friendly way). Please let me know if you have any questions. ## Deliverables I will need clear instructions on how to install the program on my domains so I can do it on my own.
