Bid Request Customized Ticker

I need a desktop based program similar to the current project announcer already available on the tools page but I need it to filter the projects announced by keywords I enter into the software. So if I enter the keywords "web design" and "build website" into the program it will produce a display just like the current announcer but only for projects matching those search terms, not all newest projects.
