Clone of Eventbrite Website

I am looking to create a clone of Eventbrite for a specific market place that I serve. In addition to the features in Eventbrite I would have some other features which is scraping some information from a php page on another website. ## Deliverables When an event goer comes to the page and tries to register they would have to enter in a unique ID (their USCF membership ID), which is checked with <[login to view URL]> , it will check that the membership is valid for the last day of the event. If its not valid they are not allowed to continue registration and are given an error message that their membership will expire before the end of the tournament and they need to renew the membership. A link would appear that they can go to the USChessFederation website to renew their membership. This link would show up in a new browser session. After they renew they can click on a 'recheck membership status' button that would recheck their membership status and either allow them to continue with registration or tell them they need to renew their membership.
