CodeIgniter: Simple Job(repost)

I need a coder to code a button that will only be clickable once the user has clicked the up arrow on a reddit button (found here:? [login to view URL]). Please see these links for more information on the reddit API: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Reddit is a fully opensource site, so any code we need on my local server we can move.? The coder will deliver the code and instructions on how to install into a black codeigniter installation. Attached is an image of of the button I would like coded. ? Please make this work with the 'example' button shown in attachment. Also attached is the code I would like used.
