Email advertising

Website where members can sign up and advertisers can send emails to members. Advertisers can determine audience for emails by searching against member attributes. ## Deliverables I would like to be able to add a price per member attribute. So when advertisers search for members, the more attributes they search against, the more expensive the email will be to send out. Emails are charged at per person. I need the site to allow advertisers to compose emails within the site and save them for admin approval. I need statistics to be recorded and communicated about emails (ie. open rate etc). I need e-commerce to allow advertisers to be billed for emails they send out. I would also like a job/vacancy module on the website. The members who receive emails will receive points for each email they receive. I need a system to record the emails they receive, and hence the points they receive. I need a database to record what emails an advertiser sends, who they were sent to, audience selected, price charged, payment received etc
