Invoice program updates

Using the provided Invoice and Prelim code, I need some improvements/modifications. 1. Speed up access when opening the program. The current database is over 1700 entries, and takes a couple minutes to open. This should take a few seconds at most. 2. Add a drop down list of cities with corresponding Zip Codes. Perhaps in the form of additions to the [login to view URL]: "city", "50009, 50010, 50011". Choosing a city should prompt the different zip codes in the drop down menu for zip codes. I still need to be able to add a city manually that isn't in the list. 3. Add the "description of problem" from the prelim to the custinfo.csv. When the invoice is created, auto insert it into the invoice and remove it from the custinfo.csv. 4. If possible, add the needed [login to view URL] and other files into the invoice file. 5. Remove the print button from the prelim program. 6. Create a program that will alphabetize the custinfo.csv. I do not wish to switch to MS Access. This program is run on every computer that I fix. After the computer is repaired, I write up an invoice for the customer using this program. Switching to MS Access would not be feasible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
