Looking to have a member management database? that would? automatically send renewal notices, allow searching database and editing of member? details.? All pages would need to be created as well as the database.

Administrative user to create and manage user accounts.
Need a page that lists all members and can be sorted by fields such as username, first name, last name, state, join date and email. This page can be limited to a certain number of records per page.
Search page allowing a search the entire database using any combination of below.
Username
First Name
Last Name
Date joined range
State
Email Address
Member Status (current/expired)
Should have forms for adding, editing & deleting members.
System would automatically send out renewal notices (email) 30, 15, 5 and 1 day before expiration, text would be provided. If renewal payment is received and user’s details are edited to reflect the change in renewal date the email notices will stop until next renewal date.
System would send a notice to assigned email address (Administrator should be able to change this address) when an account is not renewed so members forum status can be changed. Member details page in the database would automatically change the status to expired.
When renewal payment is received user can login, go to the members detail page, click edit to bring up the edit form for that member and click a "Renewed" button that would automatically add a year to the membership.
Member detail page as well as add/edit forms should include fields for the below information.
Username
First Name
Last Name
Date Joined
Address (street, city, state, zip code)
Email address
Phone number
Member Status
Comments
Auto incremented member # would be assigned to each member which would show on the detail page.
