mobile phone app

I need a simple mobile phone app developed for my drivers. My server based solution is php and when I have a pickup for a driver their phone should be notified telling them pick up location and details. Once they pickup the item they should be able to indicate on their mobile phone that item has been picked up and the phone app will then notify my php solution that the item has been picked up.
